Rocky Campbell founded Hybrid Financial with a clear purpose: to serve people with honesty, heart, and the kind of financial guidance he’d want for his own family. What began as a vision to provide reliable retirement solutions has grown into a thriving firm that helps individuals, families, and business owners plan confidently for the future—one meaningful relationship at a time.
As President and CEO, Rocky leads with both passion and presence. He believes that true success in finance begins with listening—really listening—to people’s stories, fears, and dreams. As a licensed independent agent, he works closely with clients to craft customized financial strategies built around their goals. His approach blends deep industry expertise with genuine care, making Hybrid Financial a firm rooted not just in results, but in trust.
Rocky’s commitment to excellence is backed by continual education, ongoing training, and an active pulse on market trends. But what truly drives him is a lifelong desire to uplift others—to make a difference, not just a transaction.
A native Texan with a contagious zest for life, Rocky lives in Weatherford with his wife Rebecca and their three amazing children. Whether he’s out in the garden, cheering on his favorite team, or hunting in the quiet of the woods, Rocky finds joy in the simple moments—and draws inspiration from the values his family instilled in him: work hard, love well, and lead with integrity.
Cory Allen
Director of Wealth Management
From his first day at Hybrid Financial in 2019, Cory brought more than just ambition—he brought heart. Starting as an appointment setter fresh out of Texas A&M, Cory’s talent for organization and genuine care for people quickly propelled him into a leadership role.
Today, as Director of Wealth Management, Cory is the steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring the Wealth Management onboarding experience is smooth, thoughtful, and always improving. He finds deep fulfillment in being part of a company that puts people first, and he takes pride in the team’s shared mission to go the extra mile for every client. What inspires him most is the close-knit, family-like culture at Hybrid Financial—a place where everyone has each other's back.
Outside of work, Cory’s world revolves around the people (and pups) he loves most. He recently married his best friend, and together they enjoy life with their two affectionate Goldendoodles, Ellie and Rudy. Whether he’s managing operations or tossing a tennis ball in the backyard, Cory leads with loyalty, kindness, and quiet determination.
Macey Bloodworth
Director of Client Relations
When Macey joined Hybrid Financial in early 2023, she brought with her a natural talent for building connections and a spark for creating meaningful experiences. She’s held many roles here—from client relations to marketing and events—but ultimately returned to client services, where her leadership, creativity, and passion for helping others shine.
As Director of Client Relations, Macey is the go-to resource for client requests, account updates, and day-to-day support. But what truly sets her apart is her genuine interest in the lives of the people she serves. She sees every conversation as an opportunity to build trust, learn a story, and make someone’s day a little easier.
Originally from Houston and now rooted in Dallas, Macey shares her life with her boyfriend and their two sweet cats, Moco and Jango. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her outside soaking up sunshine, lost in a good book, or enjoying the simple joy of a quiet moment at home. Her warmth and dedication leave a lasting impression on everyone she meets.
Lauren MacKinnon
Director of Tax-Free Strategies
Lauren joined Hybrid Financial in 2024 with a heart for service and a gift for making people feel heard. With over 15 years of experience in client care—including roles with well-known brands like Nike and Stitch Fix—Lauren brings both professionalism and empathy to every interaction.
As Director of Tax-Free Strategies, Lauren oversees our Tax-Free Division here at Hybrid Financial. She provides exceptional customer service to clients as they go through the approval process and keeps them updated every step of the way. Her dedication to clear communication and exceptional service makes her a trusted resource.
Lauren lives in Southwest Fort Worth with her husband, their two wonderful kids, and their lovable dog, Archie. Whether she’s on a client call or chasing laughter at home, Lauren brings warmth, patience, and heart to everything she does. She often says the best part of her job is the people—and it shows.
Madeline Marenic
Appointment Setter & Seminar Coordinator
Madeline brings a calm, confident presence to the front lines of Hybrid Financial. Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, she now oversees all appointment setting and seminar/event coordination, making her the first point of contact for many of our clients. With a strong foundation in client service and a background in management, she approaches each interaction with professionalism, clarity, and a commitment to making every step of the process seamless.
Her experience as a flight attendant sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and build rapport quickly—skills that translate effortlessly into her work at Hybrid Financial. Whether she's managing a full seminar schedule or fielding incoming calls, Madeline ensures each detail is handled with care and efficiency.
Outside the office, Madeline enjoys traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her boyfriend. She brings that same energy and attentiveness to both her personal and professional life, making her a steady, thoughtful presence for clients and team members alike.
Melanie Cheek
Director of Safe Money & Income
Melanie joined Hybrid Financial in 2024, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for helping others and a sharp eye for detail. As Director of New Business, she plays a key role in guiding clients—both new and longstanding—through account upgrades and transitions, ensuring every step is seamless and stress-free.
With a background in nonprofit administration and a degree in Humanities from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin, Melanie approaches each interaction with empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to doing what’s right. She was drawn to Hybrid Financial’s strong values and people-first philosophy, and she takes pride in contributing to a team that truly cares.
Melanie lives in Northwest Fort Worth with her husband and their sweet mini Goldendoodle, Lily. Together, they’ve raised three incredible sons. Outside the office, Melanie finds joy in travel, live music, gardening, and soaking up time with loved ones. Whether she’s cultivating client trust or tending to her garden, Melanie leads with kindness, care, and a spirit of service.
Melody Ann Thayer
Administrative Coordinator
Melody became part of the Hybrid Financial team in 2023, and from day one, she’s been the steady heartbeat behind the scenes. As Administrative Coordinator, Melody ensures our client information stays organized and accurate, helps schedule appointments, and most importantly, helps every person who walks through our doors feel welcome and at ease.
With her gentle presence and genuine care, Melody has a natural ability to turn a routine phone call or seminar check-in into something more personal. Clients often say she makes them feel like family—and that’s exactly what she hopes for. She brings a calming energy to every conversation and goes the extra mile to ensure each client’s experience is smooth, comfortable, and positive.
When she’s not helping clients or perfecting a spreadsheet, Melody cherishes time with her grandkids and her two beloved pups, Mr. Smith and Ms. Sophie. Whether she’s offering a kind word in the office or cuddling with her dogs at home, Melody shows up with heart, humility, and a joy for helping others that shines through in everything she does.
