Rocky Campbell

President

Rocky Campbell established Hybrid Financial, LLC, to offer premier retirement services to clients seeking prudent financial solutions to suit their needs. Individuals, families, and business owners comprise their clientele. Rocky’s goal is to deliver honest, exceptional customer service, plus be fully accessible in regard to his client’s insurance concerns, and financial portfolios.

As an independent, licensed agent, Rocky’s first mission is listening to his client’s needs, helping them identify their financial goals, and then specifically tailoring financial products that will create plans to accomplish those goals. Hybrid Financials combined education, on-going training, and constant monitoring of current market developments enable Rocky to provide outstanding customer service. Rocky Campbell, a native Texan, relishes a zeal for life, and a strong desire to build lasting relationships. He lives in Weatherford, Texas, with his beautiful wife, Rebecca Campbell, and their three children. He enjoys gardening, deer hunting, sports, travel, and various outdoor interests. Rocky’s family raised him to attain highly-principled work ethics, and inspired him to achieve the highest standards in his life.

Cory Allen

Director of Operations

In 2019, Cory Allen joined Hybrid Financial as an appointment setter. His responsibilities soon expanded into multiple areas.

Now, Cory is Hybrid Financial's Director of Operations. He oversees a large amount of the business' operations. He admires Hybrid Financial and Rocky Campbell's propensity for trying to help every client as much as they can. He also enjoys the feeling of camaraderie among the Hybrid Financial team.

In 2018, Cory graduated from Texas A&M, joining Hybrid Financial straight out of college. In his free time, he loves spending time with family and friends. He recently married, and he and his wife own two dogs, Goldendoodles named Ellie and Rudy.

Macey Bloodworth, Client Relationship Administrator

Director of Events & Marketing

In early 2023, Macey joined Hybrid Financial as Client Relationship Coordinator. Her skillset soon opened up other doors within Hybrid Financial.

Soon after, Macey transitioned to Director of Events & Marketing. She schedules and plans all the public seminars, as well as client events we do throughout the year. Macey also manages the calendar and appointment setting. She is an organized and passionate planner.

In her spare time, Macey loves spending time outside, reading, and playing with her cats. She grew up in Houston but now lives in Dallas, with her boyfriend and two cats, Moco and Jango.

Lauren MacKinnon

Director of Client Relations

In 2024, Lauren joined Hybrid Financial as our Director of Client Relations. She's responsible for handling changes to client accounts, as well as processing client requests. She enjoys helping others, connecting with our clients, and hearing their stories. She also appreciates Hybrid Financial's familial atmosphere.

Lauren has worked in Client Services positions for over 15 years, namely with companies such as Nike and Stitch Fix. She lives in Southwest Fort Worth, TX, is married, and has two kids (and a dog named Archie).

Melanie Cheek

Director of New Business

Melanie joined us in 2024 as "Director of New Business." She is responsible for assisting both new and existing clients with upgrading their accounts; ensuring the process goes smoothly. Melanie appreciates our integrity and commitment to excellence here at Hybrid Financial. She graduated from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. She previously worked for much of her career as a non-profit administrator.

Melanie lives in Northwest Fort Worth with her husband and her mini Goldendoodle, Lily. She and her husband have three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Melody Ann Johnson, Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator

In 2023, Melody joined Hybrid Financial as Administrative Coordinator. She's in charge of handling client information for seminars and updating spreadsheets, as well as contacting clients about setting appointments and talking to clients to help them feel more comfortable. If you work with us at Hybrid Financial, you'll most likely interact with Melody.

Melody is hardworking, kind, and helpful. She loves being able to meet and help new people, and goes out of her way to provide a relaxing, enjoyable environment for clients. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her grandkids and pets. She has two dogs, named Mr. Smith and Ms. Sophie.
